Conscious Kinship
Exploring Trauma & Resilience in Our Family Fields
A 10-Week Online Closed Group
Conscious Kinship
January 17-March 21, 2027
In this 10-week online closed group we explore our family systems and how they shape how we relate to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us.
We get curious about our births, our connections to mother, father, parents, caregivers, sibling(s), and grandparents. We look at the role we have taken on in our family system and how our cultural context we grew up in informs our understanding of family, romantic relationships and belonging.
Cultivating greater awareness around our original imprints on relating we learn to step into more agency, connection and coherence in our current lives.
Our Approach
We do these explorations in the frame of Relational Fielding, which is an emergent group process of tending and participating in relational fields with devotional presence and loving awareness, cultivating the capacity to meet and integrate what arises. This may include:
Meditation
Journaling
Attunement groups
Open Fielding group exploration
Trauma-integration processes
