Presence Touch is a gentle, non-doing, trauma-informed form of touch that honors the body’s inherent health and intelligence. Rooted in heart-centered presence and inner attunement, it supports healing, awakening, and the remembrance of wholeness.
With loving awareness and skillful, resonant touch, the body naturally moves into states of nervous system regulation, rest, reorganization, and integration.
What to Expect in a Presence Touch Session
During Presence Touch sessions, you remain fully clothed, usually lying on your back on a massage table. Blankets, bolsters, and pillows are available to support comfort and ease.
We connect with inner presence, entering grounded restfulness and centered being, making contact through our hands and hearts. Sessions are mostly silent, with verbal guidance offered when it supports integration.

Four-Hand and Paired Sessions
In a 4-hand Presence Touch session with Miriam and Adam, you receive our combined relational presence, stillness, and attuned listening. This creates a uniquely rich and supportive field, often deeply helpful for nervous system regulation and early attachment repair.
We also offer paired sessions for couples, friends, or other pairs. In these sessions, two recipients receive Presence Touch simultaneously. Each person is individually supported while also sharing in the experience together.
Presence Touch as a Communal Practice
Presence Touch is not limited to individual work. At its heart, it is a communal practice, a way of sharing touch that reawakens our innate capacity for healing and belonging.
When practiced in community, Presence Touch generates a potent collective field. This field can hold, witness, and co-digest layers of personal and collective trauma. Practicing communally restores our sense of interconnectedness, reminding us that wholeness is interdependent and that when we heal together, our communities are also nourished.

Presence Touch is rooted in the wisdom of our bodies, heart-centered presence, and the embodied transmission of our animistic ancestors. It is also influenced and informed by Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Stillness Touch, and other presence-based healing arts.

What should I wear to a Presence Touch session?
You remain fully clothed during sessions. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing so you can fully relax while lying on the massage table.
What languages are sessions offered in?
Our sessions are primarily offered in English, which allows us to hold a shared space together. In 4-hand sessions, Miriam can also offer guidance in German or Swiss German if that supports your process. In paired sessions, English is needed for clear communication with both of us.
