Flow sessions are a more advanced practice of Relatefulness. We gather in a group, consciously exploring the interconnectedness of me, you, and us. We practice embodied attunement, sovereign surrender, discernment, focused and diffuse awareness, authorship, listening from stillness, trusting in, and moving from the deep impulse of Life. The entire range of humanness and more-than-humanness may be explored. We’ll be with what arises, weaving our unique threads of being, belonging, and becoming together as we discover the emergent intelligence of the group field.

THEME: Innocence & Wisdom

HOW TO PREPARE: Bring paper and something to write with, a vessel of water for group ceremony, and wear clothing you're comfortable moving in. Cameras need to be on during this interactive process.

POEM is a thematic group process of relational presence and devotional creativity. Once a month, we gather around a chosen theme, allowing it to inspire the interweaving of our personal narratives into communal expression, awareness, and aligned action. 

Through heart coherence, embodiment practices, ceremony, conscious relating, and artistic play, we connect to the emerging wisdom of our bodies, minds, souls, and the mystery of Life. 

As we deepen into the theme in ourselves and with each other, we also invite the presence of the wider Earth community to inform our becoming. We tap into that which seems beyond ourselves and, at the same time, resides in the deep heart’s core.

Allowing the words, rhythms, metaphors, and truths of personal, interpersonal, and transpersonal experience to arise, we open to the artistry of Life emerging and emanating from us.

• How can we witness and honor the wisdom of our bodies and the essence of our souls?

• How does community support our mutual being, becoming, and belonging?

These sessions include Fundamentals, Focus, and Flow. Paired and group practices help participants connect more authentically with themselves and each other, tapping into the essential nature of relating.
