What happens when men and women meet with openness, curiosity, and presence?
What arises when we examine the inherited gender narratives, bring more consciousness to the status quo and allow ourselves to feel into possibilities for how we want to show up as ourselves, with others and as part of the wider us?
This session is an invitation to explore how we relate to gender, connection, and expression.
The first hour we'll be in separate women's and men's groups, connecting, sharing, and reflecting. During the second hour both groups will come together to feel into what's different now, as we share the space.
Through guided Relational Presencing practices, somatic inquiry, and shared reflection, we’ll gently feel into what becomes possible when we meet as we are.
What we may explore:
Conscious communication
Interoception & embodiment practices to support relaxation & depth
Honest thematic sharing and listening in triads
Trauma-informed guided healing processes
Group dialogue and reflection on themes around gender
A spacious atmosphere with room for honesty, insight, laughter, and relational authenticity
Facilitated by Miriam Kislak and Adam Sippola
