Heart of Presence Principles

  • Heart Presence – Alignment with the essence of Love. Coming into midline awareness and resting in the heart as a bridge of intelligence in the body and a bridge of compassionate connection with others.

  • Interoception and Embodiment – Practicing body awareness, embodied transmission, and expressing the wisdom of the body. By tuning into the inner qualities, rhythms, and intelligence of the body, we deepen our connection to ourselves and the world around us, supporting grounded alignment with Life.

  • Curiosity and Attunement – Balancing spaciousness with the impulse to discover and learn as we tune in to the experiences of ourselves and others, exploring the known and unknown. As we attune, we allow our inner state to resonate with the inner state of others, deepening the possibility for understanding in connection.

  • Relational Awareness – Staying in awareness of what arises moment to moment in ourselves, between each other, and within the shared relational space of the group field. This includes cultivating discernment about when and how to express ourselves, ensuring that our truth is shared in a way that honors and attunes to the relational dynamic. Relational awareness includes consciousness of the wider systemic and environmental contexts we’re embedded in, informed by, and living as.

  • Creative Agency – Embracing and taking responsibility for our present experience and recognizing our power to shape it. Moving toward more choice, freedom, and sovereignty while honoring the interdependent nature of our lives and acknowledging the ways others impact and shape our journey.

  • Embracing Truth and Mystery – Welcoming the present moment as it is and honoring what’s true for us now, while allowing the mysterious nature of reality to unfold and trusting the wisdom that arises through collective intelligence.

  • Remembering Wholeness - Healing as the ongoing, progressive restoration and remembrance of an already present wholeness of being. By presencing and integrating experiences of fragmentation, absence, brokenness, numbness, or disconnection, we can remember greater wholeness, opening to the essence of Love.

  • Living the Practice – Incorporating these principles into our daily lives, relationships, and our engagement with the world, allowing them to inform our choices, actions, and interactions.
