Relational Presencing

Embody. Awaken. Heal. Evolve.

Relational Presencing is an integrative and adaptable group process of bringing presence to the personal, interpersonal, and transpersonal dimensions of our lives. Rooted in the understanding that we are inherently interconnected, Relational Presencing calls us to embody loving awareness in connection while cultivating our capacity to host, witness, be with, and integrate relational experience.

This pioneering process at the confluence of the relational, creative, and healing arts fosters authentic connection, relational growth, awakening, creativity, and embodied wholeness. It supports individual, relational, ancestral, and collective healing while inviting us to mindfully engage with the beauty and complexity of our shared human experience.

Domains and Pathways

Relational Presencing weaves together diverse domains of relational engagement and specific pathways of exploration in support of a relational field where we can deepen in presence and relational maturity. We’re invited on a collective journey to expand awareness, heal fragmentation, embody heart-centered leadership, and participate in life more fully.

Practices

The carefully developed practices of Relational Presencing provide intentional structures and formats for group exploration of the various domains and pathways. Through facilitated and guided relational and contemplative processes, participants cultivate attunement to self, others, and the collective field. These practices invite an ongoing dialogue between inner awareness and relational engagement and offer contexts for the co-digesting and integration of collective material.

Some practices center on inner presence, supporting participants in deepening interoception, grounding, self-witnessing, and inner union. Others emphasize relational presence, exploring authentic sharing, mindful and embodied communication, and the subtle dynamics of relating. Certain practices engage the intelligence of life in the body through presence-based touch, supporting nervous system settling and the integration of fragmentation. Others draw on the potency of collective presence, where the group field becomes a space of resource, shared insight, creative emergence.

During brief sessions or extended immersions, each Relational Presencing process focuses on specific domains, pathways, and practices to guide the group’s journey with intentionality and openness. This structural flexibility allows for co-creating experiences that nurture individual and collective potential.

Whether individually, in pairs, triads, small groups, or larger collective settings, the practices provide a dynamic foundation for healing, transformation, and the unfolding of deeper relational wisdom. They invite us to rest in the ground of Being, remember wholeness, and cultivate presence in our daily lives and wider service in the world.

Practices include: Inner Presence Meditation. Relational Presence Meditation. Grounding Practices. Presencing Essentials. Conscious Conflict Practices. Presence Touch & Collective Presence Touch. Personal, Portal, Progressive, Creative, & Collective Presencing Practices.

The Ground of Being and the Web of Life

We recognize that our inner realities, including our sensations, emotions, thoughts, qualities of awareness, patterns, beliefs, and more, are not isolated but deeply interwoven with the relational, cultural, and ecological systems in which we live. As we cultivate inner presence and embrace the full spectrum of our inner worlds, we embody a wholeness that ripples outward, expanding our capacity to engage authentically with others, navigate complex dynamics, and contribute meaningfully to the larger systems that sustain us. Relational Presencing widens presence from a personal experience into a relational and systemic offering, creating fertile ground for collective healing and transformation.

When we rest in the ground of Being - an open and grounded state of embodied awareness that reveals our intrinsic belonging with the Web of Life - the illusion of separateness dissolves, awakening us to the truth that we are Earth, inherently woven into its living systems and evolutionary flow. From this embodied understanding, we are called to engage life through a lens of reciprocity, care, responsibility, and integrity, tending to relationships at every level: within ourselves, with one another, and with the greater whole. This is the practice of active being - where the living stillness of inner presence informs conscious action through relational presence and where every moment offers an opportunity to align with the deeper wisdom of the mystery of life.

The Domains and Pathways of Relational Presencing

Touch in Community

This domain honors the sacred potential of touch as a gateway to profound healing, nondual awareness, and the remembrance of wholeness. The core practice of Presence Touch has the potential to humbly teach us deep truths about relating and touching from the heart and is one of the most potent ways to make direct contact with the flow of Life and the pulse of Love. Touch in Community connects multiple pathways throughout Relational Presencing, including attunement, boundaries, consent, resonance, and somatic awareness.

This domain draws inspiration from Presence Touch, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Stillness Touch, and The Wheel of Consent.

We embrace the paradox that stuckness and fragmentation can be transmuted into flow and wholeness when we let go of a desire to fix or heal, allowing what is wounded to be washed in presence. Community Healing holds our collective being and becoming, grounding us in our shared humanity and our embedment in and as the Earth.
