Healing in Community

A Community Offering of Therapeutic Touch and Relational Presence

Healing in Community is a three-hour gathering where healing practitioners offer trauma-informed touch sessions to community members. We rest, rejuvenate, and reconnect with ourselves and with the nourishing field of shared presence. This is a donation-based event.

What to Expect

We begin with group grounding, meditation, relational mindfulness, and coherence building to bring into our collective awareness the themes and intentions we arrive with.

Participants then receive Craniosacral Therapy or Presence Touch sessions from one of the practitioners present.

Both Craniosacral Therapy and Presence Touch are bodywork modalities that work through gentle, subtle contact, supporting the body’s innate capacity to self-regulate and heal.

When held within a communal space of safety and stillness, this work deepens. The seeming boundaries between individual and collective healing begin to soften.

Why Healing in Community Matters

Some aspects of healing can only unfold in the attuned presence of others. Relational trauma requires healing in relationship.

By practicing in community, we open a field where our personal experiences are held in a wider web of support, reminding us that our wholeness is deeply interconnected.

When we heal in community, we also heal community.

Accessibility and Donations

We believe high-quality therapeutic presence and attention should be available and accessible to everyone, regardless of social or financial circumstances.

This gathering is donation-based, with a suggested donation of 20-50 CHF. However, nobody will be turned away due to lack of funds. Any donations offered will be used to support future Healing in Community events.

Healing in Community takes place in Basel, Switzerland. These gatherings are open to anyone seeking rest, relational healing, trauma integration, and deeper connection in a supportive collective field.
