In this 2-hour online Relational Fielding session facilitated by Adam Sippola and Miriam Kislak, we will connect with ourselves through a guided inner presence meditation, come into a more conscious group connection through progressive fielding practices, and then move into an hour of Open Fielding.⁣⁣

What is Open Fielding?⁣⁣

Open Fielding is an open exploration of the relational field, where we practice bringing devotional presence and loving awareness to the unfolding of the field. We listen, attune, be with, explore, and share what arises—within ourselves, in connection with one another, and in the group.

We remain aware of the wider field of life that supports our becoming. The space is both facilitated and co-created, with participants invited into shared leadership through attuned awareness of what is present and a discerning expression of truth in service to the whole.⁣⁣

We practice cultivating spaciousness in our experience as we stay with the natural movement of the field, opening into the mystery of what is emerging. Distinctions between self, other, and the whole may soften and become more fluid, allowing consciousness to more fully embody and express through us.⁣⁣

Facilitators may incorporate moments of teaching, or guide trauma integration processes to support the flow and openness of the field.⁣⁣

After the Session

After the Open Fielding session, there will be a half-hour of group reflection that may include guided trauma integration processes, meta-reflection, and harvesting collective insight.⁣⁣

Experience Level

This is an advanced Relational Fielding practice. Prior experience in Relational Fielding is recommended, or experience in Relateful Flow, Surrendered Leadership, or Circling.

Relational Fielding practices are guided by the Heart of Presence principles.
